Gene Expression CommonsA model defines the biological relationship of cell types.
In a model, you can include either public or private cell types.
Please make sure that you've submitted all cell types needed for this model.
A cell type is a fundamental unit of data in Gene Expression Commons.
A Group is a way to share your private Models.
Only users who have submitted a Model can create a new Group. Once you create a Model, you can invite collaborators to join the Group, and you can determine which Models to be shared.
